In 2012, Jim and Lynn founded Creative Impact after more than 30 years of ministry as church planters, pastors, and missionaries.

Jim is a graduate of San Jose Bible College and an ordained pastor with the Foursquare Church. At Creative Impact, he serves as Writer, Director, Camera Operator, and Editor.

Lynn, the daughter of missionaries, spent decades in church administration while co-pastoring with Jim. At Creative Impact, she leads as Producer, Interviewer, and handles all things administration and logistics.

Their ministry is made possible through the generous support of partners who believe in the Great Commission — and in the power of story to advance it.

Jim and Lynn are proud parents of five adult children and grandparents to 15 wonderful grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren!
