Jim & Lynn Adams - Founders

Since founding Creative Impact in 2012, Jim and Lynn have brought decades of ministry and church planting experience — including time in Santiago, Chile — into their work. Jim directs, edits, and serves as director of photography, while Lynn leads as producer, logistics coordinator, and administrator. Their passion is serving missionaries, made possible through the support of generous partners.

Andy & Rebekah Adams

Andy and Rebekah Adams have served with Creative Impact since 2016. To step into full-time ministry, they’re relocating from Nashville to New Braunfels, TX summer of 2025 and have begun raising support. Andy serves in audio, camera work, and production support. They have two children: Adelaide and Elias.

Doug Beiden - Composer

Doug Beiden is an award-winning composer and producer who has scored several Creative Impact films. His work has earned honors such as “Best Original Music Score” for The Other Side of the River and runner-up for “Always Forward” and “Love Unfiltered”.

Our Board

Tom Donini

Tom serves on the Creative Impact Board, focusing on corporate development and sponsorships. He is a U.S. Army veteran and retired from DeVry University after 36 years in leadership and teaching. Tom also chairs the City of Brea Cultural Arts Commission. He and his wife, Peggy, live in Brea, CA, and have two sons and a grandson.

Tim Edwards

Tim is a U.S. Navy veteran and TCU graduate with a background in education and corporate real estate. He now owns North Valley Apartment Brokers and oversees financial accountability for Creative Impact. Tim also serves on the board of Horn of Africa Evangelical Missions, supporting over 300 church planters in Ethiopia. He and his wife, Ann, live in Chico, CA, and have two married daughters and seven grandchildren.

Daniel Pape

Daniel is the lead pastor at Emmaus Road Church of the Nazarene in Fort Collins, Colorado, and holds a degree in Graphic Design and Sculpture from Northwest Nazarene University. Alongside pastoral work, he’s built a career in communications and media. From 2005–2010, he led World Missions Communications Asia-Pacific in Manila, directing a team of storytellers on projects ranging from film to web. He now serves on the Creative Impact board, offering pastoral and creative insight. Daniel and his wife, Melissa, have three children — Isaiah, Ian, and Elanor.
